We get together in small groups of 7 or 8 for a "Mastermind Weekend" in Costa Rica. We share best practices. We make new connections. We have some FUN with purpose. Prior to attending, we all read/study books on Mentoring, Success and Coaching; then bring our take-aways to share and discuss.
